1. In a medium glass bowl, stir Maca into coconut oil until completely dissolved.

2. Add macadamia nuts and stir.

3. Add coconut, goji berries and nibs, mixing well to combine.

4. Store in airtight container up to one week.

If you love your homemade morning smoothie, both for its taste and convenience, why not double it up and take some to go? Tote it to the office in a shaker container, keep it in the fridge and enjoy part two for a morning or afternoon snack.

2 cups water or brewed, chilled herbal tea

1 cup kale leaves

1 small ripe avocado

1 teaspoon ground ginger

4 soft-boiled eggs, chilled

2 cups frozen berries
